Take the US-101/Ventura Freeway exit toward Ventura/Los Angeles. Merge onto US-101 N toward Ventura. Take the Vineyard Avenue exit toward Oxnard. Turn Left onto East Vineyard Avenue. Turn Left onto East Esplanade Drive. 300 E. Esplanade is the tallest building immediately to your right.

 

Driving Directions from the Burbank Airport:

Start out going South on N Hollywood Way toward Airport. Turn right onto West Alameda Avenue. Merge onto CA-134 W. Take US-101 N toward Ventura. Take the Vineyard Avenue exit toward Oxnard. Turn Left onto East Vineyard Avenue. Turn Left onto East Esplanade Drive. 300 E. Esplanade is the tallest building immediately to your right.

Go east on 5th Street to Ventura Road. Take a left at Ventura Road (North) to Vineyard. Turn right (east) on Vineyard Avenue. Cross over Oxnard Blvd. and turn right on Esplanade Drive. 300 E. Esplanade is the tallest building immediately to your right.

 

Driving Directions from the Santa Barbara Airport:
Go Southeast on Fowler Road toward WM L Moffett PL. Turn Right. WM L Moffett PL becomes Sandspit Road. Take ramp (left) onto US-101 South towards Santa Barbara. Stay on the US-101 for approximately 42 miles until you reach the Vineyard Avenue/CA-232 exit. Turn right onto East Vineyard Avenue/CA-232. Cross over Oxnard Blvd. and turn left on Esplanade Drive. 300 E. Esplanade is the tallest building immediately to your right.
