Club is a haven of comfort and personal luxury.
With the warmth of a private lavish home,
the club welcomes the opportunity to host
your most important event. If you're planning
a birthday, anniversary, office celebration,
wedding, bar mitzvah, community function,
roast, toast or retirement party and need
flowers, cake, decorations or unique entertainment,
the club can take care of any of these details
with a phone call. Every event needs that
extra "something special" to make
it memorable. Your wish is our command.
The Topa Tower
Club can accommodate up to 250 people for
a full sit-down dinner and nearly 400 people
for a cocktail reception. The club offers
impeccable service, outstanding cuisine and
a spectacular 22nd floor, 360° view of
the Channel Islands and the surrounding mountains
of Ventura County.
We wish to
assist you in the planning of your upcoming
event by making our menus and services as
accessible as possible. We regularly modify
our menus to incorporate the finest seasonal
foods along with our Chef's popular
creations.

SEMINARS AND BUSINESS

Seminars and business meetings may be subject to set-up charges.
A microphone and podium are available to you upon request.
TOTAL COORDINATION
The staff of the Tower Club is
always available to assist you in the planning of your successful
event. We will be pleased to arrange for decorated cakes,
centerpieces,
entertainment, flowers, ice carvings,
a photographer, limousine services and any other special requirements
you may have in mind.
RATES
All prices are based on a 21% service charge and 7.25% sales
tax. Service personnel are compensated within the service
charge.

Information
SECURITY
For parties of 100 people, or more, security services are
required. Charges for
Security will be billed at cost as an additional item to the
responsible Club member.
MENU
PLANNING
To allow proper preparation time,
menu plans must be completed
ten business days in advance. A non-refundable deposit which
is required at signing of contract will reserve your event. The General Manager would be happy to review those rates with
you at any time. This amount can be charged to your membership
account. Should a cancellation be necessary, a 72-hour notice
is requested. The guaranteed number of participants is required
three (3) business days before your event.
A
LA CARTE DINING
To insure the proper timing and service
of your special event, a la carte dining is limited to no
more than ten persons. A la carte constitutes ordering from
our current menu.
