Stags Leap first came to notoriety when the new winery achieved international recognition its 1973 Cabernet Sauvignon won first place among ten French and California wines in a blind taste test by leading French wine experts. This evening Chef Sean Dent will pair his fondness of fine wines with his flare of cuisine.
